Application review time is approximately an additional 2-3 weeks after the Board receives all materials to complete your application.

Licensed Addictions Therapist as Second License

If you are already licensed in Wyoming as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW and wish to apply for the LAT as a Second License, use the forms and instructions.   Download and print all of the following documents as part of the application packet:
