Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board

Who Must Be Licensed?

The Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board is a Practice Act and Title Protection state. This means that persons must be licensed by the Board in order to provide the services defined herein.  It also means that only persons licensed or certified by the Board may represent themselves to the public by any title or description of services outlined in the Act.

Exemptions to Licensure

As with most laws, there are exemptions. Those can be found in the Board's Practice Act in W.S. 33-38-103.
