Emergency Rules

The Board has adopted Emergency Rules that have been approved by the Governor. These rules are effective for 120 days.

Proposed Rule Changes

Update August 26, 2020: A hearing on the proposed Rules will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020. The original meeting room is no longer available and the Board is looking into a virtual meeting. More information will be posted soon.

Promulgated by authority under the Mental Health Professions Practice Act,

W.S. 33-38-101 through W.S. 33-38-113.

Rules and Regulations have been adopted by the Board and filed with the Secretary of State's Office effective July 26, 2019.
